I've been working w/ KJ for a while now on finding the perfect property. I knew it would take some time to find all the things we were looking for (and unfortunately, for a big family like ours, we were looking for a lot), but I also trusted that KJ could make it happen. Boy did she deliver in a HUGE way. She never made me feel like I was burden to her or annoying her with my questions. She was always willing to check out a property and provide feedback so we didn't waste our time with properties that didn't fit my needs. She also was flexible on scheduling visits which was helpful when we did track down houses that checked off our list of needs. In all, it took us about a year to find what we needed. In that time, we looked a dozens of houses but only did about 5 actual in-person tours. We never felt like our time was wasted, and we were happy that KJ took the time to listen to our wants/needs and really understand them. It may have taken a little longer, but we ended up with our dream property. DREAM. PROPERTY. And it never would've happened w/o KJ's expertise and patience. THANK YOU, KJ!!! The fact that she knows both NJ and PA real estate was so crucial because we were moving from NJ to PA. I cannot recommend her enough. She's the best of the best and SO THOUGHTFUL.
