This building is in one of the city's best neighborhoods. There is easy access to Coffee Shops and International Cuisine; Cultural Venues, Recreation and Parks. It is convenient to all of the major Universities and Hospitals and has many nearby Public Transportation options including Trolleys. Buses, Trains and is only 15 minutes from PHL and 30th Street Station. WalkScore calls it a pedestrian and commuter paradise. Newer windows, (with screens), antique wood floors and radiant steam heat all help reduce allergens and increase ability to keep things clean, bright and fresh. We try to maintain a low-allergen building, so NO Pets and NO Smoking (of any kind, including limits on incense and candles). There is no 'reasonable accommodation'. I have hospital level allergies to Smoke and Dander. Cleaning up after past tenants who smoked or had cats caused trips to the ER. Incoming tenants must have GOOD Credit and References and adequate Income. Most of the tenants in this building renew their leases, until graduation, marriage or relocation call them to another city.
